LEGAL NOTICE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH PARK ALLEGHENY COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA Notice is whereby given that the Board of Supervisors of the Township of South Park will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, February 10, 2014 at 6:45 p.m. in the Board Room of the Administration Building, 2675 Brownsville Road, South Park, PA 15129, regarding the following Ordinance: ORDINANCE NO. 670 AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH PARK, ALLEGHENY COUNTY, COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION TO PUBLIC USE OF PORTIONS OF DECKER DRIVE, BONNIE DELL DRIVE AND FEDOREK DRIVE CONTAINED IN THE BONNIE DELL PLAN NO. 2 MAKING THE SAME PART OF THE HIGHWAY SYSTEM OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH PARK. The Board of Supervisors anticipates taking action on the Ordinance at the regular meeting immediately following.
