OFFICIAL CITY OF PITTSBURGH PUBLIC NOTICE STATIONARY STREET VENDING SITES 2014 LICENSURE for STATIONARY STREET VENDORS If you are interested in vending at any of the sites listed, you must submit a License Application no later than 1PM, Tuesday, March 25, 2014. You can obtain a stationary vending application at the Department of Public Works, 2nd Floor Permit Counter, 611 Second Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15219, phone 412-255-0840 or to obtain an application on-line, go to www.pghgov.com, click on the City Directory tab at the top of the page for a drop box, click on Public Works, then click the Stationary Vending Application link. It is recommended you give yourself approximately one week to properly fill out the application. Incomplete applications will be rejected. If more than one person applies for the same site, a lottery drawing will take place on Tuesday, April 1, 2014 @ 11:00AM in the 1st Floor Conference Room located in the John Robin Civic Building, 200 Ross Street, Pittsburgh PA. LICENSE APPLICATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE LOTTERY (SEE ADDRESS ABOVE). THERE IS A $25 NON REFUNDABLE PROCESSING FEE FOR EACH APPLICATION SUBMITTED (MONEY ORDER ONLY). IF YOU APPLY FOR MULTIPLE SITES, EACH SITE MUST HAVE A SEPARATE APPLICATION AND FEE. ONLY ONE APPLICATION PER SITE PER PERSON WILL BE PERMITTED. CURRENT VENDORS MUST HAVE THEIR EXISTING SITES PAID IN FULL TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A NEW SITE. APPLICATIONS MUST BE FULLY COMPLETED BY THE DEADLINE OR WILL BE REJECTED. INCLUDED ARE TO BE TWO (2) PHOTO ID'S PLUS A PICTURE OF YOUR VENDING CART. CART SPECS CAN BE NO MORE THAN 10'L x 4'W x 8'H.
