NON-PROFESSIONAL BRIDGE INSPECTION SERVICES: SUBSTRUCTURE EVALUATION Pennoni Associates Inc. (PAI) has been contracted by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation to perform bridge-related tasks near Freedom, PA. PennDOT-approved Contractors must mechanically remove deteriorated/ delaminated concrete from bridge substructure units, at the direction of the project engineer. PAI will distribute complete bid packages for two separate project locations, upon request. PAI will accept separate sealed bids from qualified Contractors until 2:00 PM, April 25, 2014 in the PAI office located at Foster Plaza 9, Suite 700, 750 Holiday Dr, Pittsburgh PA 15220. Bid package requests or other inquiries can be directed to Lance Andrews at the same address or at 412-521-3000. PAI will award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder. PAI reserves the right to reject any or all bids deemed not in conformance with the bid requirements. All proceedings are subject to PennDOT approval.
