The Borough of Plum (Owner) seeks bids from qualified Bidders to perform construction for the Al Franci Emergency Services Building project and the Old Mine Road Extension project. All work will occur under separate Multiple Prime Contracts for the Al Franci Emergency Services Building and under single prime contract for the Old Mine Road Extension. Bids for General Trades, Plumbing and Fire Protection, HVAC, and Electrical for Al Franci Emergency Services Building and a single prime for Old Mine Road Extension will be received until 2:00 p.m., local prevailing time on May 21, 2014. Bids received after that time will not be accepted. At that time, the bids will be opened, and publicly read aloud in the Council Chambers of the Plum Borough Municipal Building located at 4575 New Texas Road Plum, PA 15239.
