Request for Release of Funds and Certification Deficiencies and Correction June 30, 2014 City of Pittsburgh-Dept. of City Planning 200 Ross Street Pittsburgh, Pa. 15219 412-255-2211 This notice shall satisfy procedural requirements for activities to be undertaken by the City of Pittsburgh. REQUEST FOR RELEASE OF FUNDS On or about March 10, 2014, the City of Pittsburgh delivered to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, a Request for Release of Funds and Certification, form HUD 7015.15, a published combined Notice of Intent to Request Release of Funds and Finding of No Significant Impact under Title 1 of the United States Housing Act of 1937. The aforementioned notice did not contain a complete funding source list for the project known as KBK Larimer Phase I, as required by 24CFR 58.43, Dissemination and/or Publication of the Finding of No Significant Impact and 24 CFR 58.70, Notice of Intent to Request a Release of Funds. In order to remedy this deficiency, the City is publishing a correction which provides for the required funding source information. REQUEST FOR RELEASE OF FUNDS CORRECTION The previous notice stated that the project would be funded through a combination of private sources, Low Income Housing Tax Credits and 40 Project Based Section 8 Housing Vouchers, under Title 1 of the United States Housing Act of 1937. In addition to these funding sources, up to $1 million in HOME Investment Partnership funds will be employed under Title 1 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974.
