INVITATION TO BID The Hopewell Area School District, 2354 Brodhead Road, Aliquippa, Pennsylvania 15001, will receive sealed bids, appropriately identified, for the following: Wireless Network Infrastructure Hopewell Senior High School 1215 Longvue Avenue, Aliquippa, Pennsylvania 15001-4518 until 2 P.M., on Tuesday, 5 August 2014, in the Business Office. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time. Each bid shall be made upon the form provided by and shall be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check in the amount of ten percent of the proposed contract amount. No bid may be withdrawn after bids are opened for the period of time stated on the bid form. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive irregularities in the bid. Bid Documents may be obtained by calling 724-375-6691, ext. 3051. Bidders are encouraged to visit the project sites and examine the areas involved. Bidders may visit the sites on weekdays from 8:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M., provided advance request, 24-hour notice, is made by calling Mr. Venanzio Pelino, Director of Buildings and Grounds, at 724-375-6691, ext. 2013, to make arrangements. A Pre-Bid Meeting/Building Tour will be held at 11 A.M., on Wednesday, 16 July 2014, at the Hopewell Senior High School. Meet at the Auditorium building entrance.
