EQT Midstream to Mow Rights-of-Way EQT Midstream will begin its rights-of-way mowing program on approximately July 16, 2014 and will end on or about November 30, 2014. Approved contractors performing these operations will be mowing pipeline rights-of-way operated by EQT Midstream in Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Cambria, Clarion, Fayette, Greene, Indiana, Washington and Westmoreland Counties.
