ON February 28, 2014, the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing indefinitely suspended Courtney Anne Stevenson, license no. RN347145L, of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, for at least one (1) year retroactive to December 13, 2013, because she is unable to practice nursing with reasonable skill and safety to patients by reason of physical or mental illness or condition or physiological or psychological dependence upon drugs and alcohol; and, she violated a lawful disciplinary order of the board.
