ON May 13, 2014, the Pennsylvania State Board of Pharmacy suspended Lawrence A. Swanson, license no. RP033756L, of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, for a period of three years; following a period of one year active suspension, said suspension shall be immediately stayed in favor of probation subject to terms and conditions because he pleaded guilty to felony charges or to an offense in connection with the practice of pharmacy in a federal court.
