NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION TO INVOLUNTARILY TERMINATE PARENTAL RIGHTS AND NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION TO CONFIRM CONSENT TO ADOPTION AND TERMINATE PARENTAL RIGHTS In Re: Adoption of Baby Girl Skubic, a minor, No. A70 of 2014, in the Orphans' Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. To: Tiffany Lynn Skubic a/k/a Tiffany Lynn Sollosi, Birth Mother, and The Unknown Father, Alleged Father, of Baby Girl Skubic, a minor born on February 17, 2014 at Magee-Womens Hospital of UPMC in the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. A Petition has been filed asking the court to put an end to all rights you have to your child Baby Girl Skubic. A Petition has also been filed asking the court to put an end to all rights Ronald Lee Sollosi has to your child Baby Girl Skubic.
