Legal Notice Request for Qualifications Lead Hazard Control Services for the Allegheny Lead Safe Homes Program The Redevelopment Authority of Allegheny County (RAAC) is issuing a Request for Qualifications from organizations to supply Lead Hazard Control Services for up to 175 residential housing units, including up to 75 Healthy Home remediations. These services are sought on behalf of the Allegheny Lead Safe Homes Program.
