The City intends to submit its FY 2019 Annual Action Plan in the amount of $13,840,505 for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds; $2,155,155 in HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) funds; $1,180,626 in Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funds; and $1,071,974 in Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS (HOPWA) funds. The FY 2019 Annual Action Plan will be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) on or before June 14, 2019. The City will hold a public hearing on the draft FY 2019 Annual Action Plan. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive testimony or comments on the draft FY 2019 Annual Action Plan document.
