PENNSYLVANIA PUBLIC UTILITY COMMISSION NOTICE Applications of EGS Advanced Energy Solutions Inc. For Approval To Offer, Render, or Furnish Services as a Supplier, Aggregator, and Marketer/Broker Engaged In The Business Of Supplying Natural Gas Supply Services and Electricity Supply or Electric Generation Services, To The Public In The Commonwealth Of Pennsyl-vania. EGS Advanced Energy Solutions Inc. will be filing an application with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (“PUC”) for a license to provide natural gas supply services as (1) a supplier of natural gas, and (2) a broker/marketer engaged in the business of providing natural gas services. EGS Advanced Energy Solutions Inc. will also be filing an application with the PUC for a license to supply electricity or electric generation services as (1) a generator and supplier of electric power, (2) a broker/marketer engaged in the business of supplying electricity, and (3) an aggregator engaged in the business of supplying electricity. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE FY 2019 ANNUAL ACTION PLAN FOR THE CDBG, HOME, ESG, AND HOPWA PROGRAMS The notice is hereby given by the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, PA, that its draft FY 2019 Annual Action Plan has been prepared. The City intends to submit its FY 2019 Annual Action Plan in the amount of $13,840,505 for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds; $2,155,155 in HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) funds; $1,180,626 in Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funds; and $1,071,974 in Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS (HOPWA) funds. The FY 2019 Annual Action Plan will be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) on or before June 14, 2019. The City will hold a public hearing on the draft FY 2019 Annual Action Plan. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive testimony or comments on the draft FY 2019 Annual Action Plan document. The meeting will take place at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 30, 2019 in the Wherett Room, 200 Ross Street, 13th Floor, Pittsburgh, PA 15219. The building is handicapped accessible through the rear. In order to obtain the views of citizens, public agencies and other interested parties, the City of Pittsburgh will place its draft Annual Action Plan for FY 2019 on display and online from May 9, 2019 through June 7, 2019, at the City of Pittsburgh's website (http://pittsburghpa.gov/omb/community-development-documents). TOWNSHIP OF NORTH VERSAILLES SUMMARY NOTICE OF ORDINANCE UNDER LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT DEBT ACT Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of the Township of North Versailles will consider, at a meeting to be held on May 16, 2019 at 7 p.m. at the North Versailles Township Municipal Building located at 1401 Greensburg Avenue, North Versailles, Pennsylvania, 15137 (or such other date, at such time and place as the Board of Commissioners may lawfully announce and conduct a meeting not more than thirty (30) days from the date hereof), together with such other business as may come before the Board of Commissioners, the enactment of an Ordinance authorizing lease rental indebtedness and summarized as follows: Article 1 defines certain terms including the Guaranty and the Project. Article 2 authorizes the incurrence of lease rental indebtedness by the execution of a Guaranty Agreement with the North Versailles Township Sanitary Authority, as issuer of the Bonds, for the benefit of the holders of the Bonds.
