Safety Inspection of Department of Conservation and Natural Resources Owned Bridges SAI Consulting Engineers, Inc. has been retained by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation to perform routine safety inspections of nine (9) Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources Owned bridges in Bedford, Crawford, Forest, and Huntingdon Counties. The inspection is anticipated to begin May 12, 2014. The work will be performed during May and July 2014. SAI will require the services of a qualified Contractor to provide access equipment, safety equipment, and maintenance and protection of traffic (MPT). SAI will receive sealed Bids from qualified Contractors until 11:00 a.m. Prevailing Time on Monday, April 28, 2014, at 1350 Penn Avenue, Suite 300, Pittsburgh, PA 15222-4211. Bids will be opened on the due date at 11:00 a.m. Bids received after this time will not be accepted.
