INVITATION TO BIDDERS THE PITTSBURGH WATER AND SEWER AUTHORITY ADVERTISEMENT SEPARATE and SEALED BIDS for the following solicitation, will be received by the Office of Procurement, Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority, 1200 Penn Ave., Second Floor, Pittsburgh, PA 15222, until 2:00 PM Prevailing Time June 27, 2019. INVITATIONS FOR BIDS (IFB) FOR THE PRESSURE MONITOR LINE INSTALLATION CONTRACT PWSA PROJECT NO. 2017-325-114-1 Work of the Contract includes the installation of service lines and meter pits for the connection of pressure monitors (by others) of the public water system, including water mains, service connections, meter crocks, and hydrants as required or directed. All bids must be submitted in accordance with the solicitation that can be obtained by sending an e-mail to procurement@pgh2o.com. LEGAL NOTICE Municipality of Bethel Park Allegheny County, Pennsylvania NOTICE OF CONSIDERATION OF ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A LOAN OF $1,367,000.00 TO CONSTRUCT THREE STORM WATER MANAGEMENT PROJECTS SERVING AREAS DOWNSTREAM OF OAK TREE PARK, LOGAN ROAD PONDS AND BIRCH TREE PARK NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Monday, June 10, 2019 , at 7:30 P.M., at the Bethel Park Municipal Building, Council Chambers, 5100 W. Library Avenue, Bethel Park, PA 15102, Pennsylvania, the officers of the Municipality of Bethel Park, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, will act on an ordinance (of which this notice is the summary) authorizing the issuance of an awarding of its $1,367,000.00 principal amount, general obligation Note, at a private sale. All bids must be submitted via the above noted website and all required documents must be provided or the bid will be considered non-responsive. For individual projects solicited under these contracts, bids must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid for the project under consideration.
