Blast Proposal Notification Notice is hereby given that Redland Brick, Inc. plans to conduct its blasting program on its site in Harmar Township, Allegheny County, SMP # 02010301 on the property of Redland Brick, Inc. The blasting program will be conducted Monday through Saturday between sunrise and sunset from November 15, 2019 through November 14, 2020. Blasting at other times other than the above times shall only be in emergency situations as approved by the regulatory authority. There will be signs posted to control access to the blasting area at the entrance of the mine.
