REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) FOR DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM SOLUTION/SERVICES PWSA PROJECT NO. PWSA130 Work under this contract includes a cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) or on-premise document management software solution. This solution should include a scanner for the scanning of documents and a software component that has the capability to index, store, and search for documents. In addition, the PWSA is also requesting document management scanning services to assist the Authority in converting paper documents to an electronic format. The PWSA is in the process of centralizing the document storage of all documents across the Authority. All bids must be submitted in accordance with the solicitation that can be obtained by sending an e-mail to procurement@pgh2o.com. There will be no charge for the solicitation, as it will be sent via e-mail. On June 18, 2019, the State Board of Medicine automatically suspended the license of Marios D. Papachristou, MD, license no. MD431087, of Allison Park, Allegheny County and Wexford, Westmoreland County, based on his felony conviction under the Controlled Substance, Drug, Device and Cosmetic Act and on August 13, 2019, the license was then revoked, based on his guilty plea to two felonies and the action that was taken against his license to practice medicine and surgery by the proper licensing authority of another state.
