Proposals must be made on the Proposal Forms in accordance with instructions to Bidders furnished by the office of the Borough Manager of the Borough of Braddock Hills. The defined terms appearing in the General Specifications apply to all Contract Documents. Copies of the Proposal Forms are available at the offices of the Borough of Braddock Hills, 1300 Brinton Road, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15221, for the non-refundable fee of Twenty-five ($25.00) Dollars per set. Proposals must be made upon the form furnished by the Borough of Braddock Hills. Proposals must be delivered to the municipal offices of the Borough of Braddock Hills located at 1300 Brinton Road, Braddock Hills, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania 15221, and be on file with the Borough of Braddock Hills on or before 4:00 p.m. on November 10, 2020. Bids will be opened at a public meeting of the Council of the Borough of Braddock Hills on November 10, 2020 at 7:30 p.m. during the Borough's monthly business meeting. The selected Bidder will be awarded the Contract through a Resolution of the aforementioned municipality adopted at a public meeting of the Borough approving and adopting the Contract Documents, providing for its enforcement and penalties as provided by law.
