The blasting program will be conducted Monday through Saturday between sunrise and sunset from November 15, 2014 through November 14, 2015. Blasting at other times other than the above times shall only be in emergency situations as approved by the regulatory authority. ON August 29, 2014, the PA State Board of Medicine suspended the license of Robert H. Warner, license no. MD030898E, until recently of Presto, Allegheny County. The Board took this action pursuant to the Order of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County dated August 11, 2014, which the Court issued under section 4355 of the Domestic Relations Code. The suspension is effective immediately.
