TOWNSHIP OF HAMPTON OFFICIAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given by the Council of the Township of Hampton that a Public Hearing will be conducted on Wednesday, November 12, 2014, at 7:30 PM, in the Township Municipal Building located at 3101 McCully Road, Allison Park, PA 15101. The Purpose of this Public Hearing is to receive public comment on the following Conditional Use application: The applicant is requesting approval to locate a commercial 24 hour fitness/exercise business in a commercial condominium unit located at 4075 Alpha Drive. Although a "Fitness/Exercise" business is not specifically listed as a use in a Light Industrial Zoning District it may be considered as a conditional use if found to be compatible with adjacent or surrounding existing and permitted uses. The proposed Conditional Use application is available for review at the Township Municipal Building during regular office hours, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. CLAIR Sealed Bids will be received by the Township of Upper St. Clair, 1820 McLaughlin Run Road, Upper St. Clair, PA 15241, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania until 9:00 a.m., Tuesday, November 18, 2014, and the BIDS will be publicly opened and read thereafter in the Commissioners' Meeting Room in the Township Building at the same address for the following: SANITARY SEWER VIDEO INSPECTION Bids from pre-qualified contractors must be sealed and addressed to Matthew R. Serakowski, Township Manager, 1820 McLaughlin Run Road, Upper St. Clair, PA 15241 and must indicate on the outside of the envelope "2015 SANITARY SEWER VIDEO INSPECTION PROJECT", before 9:00 A.M. prevailing time, November 18, 2014 and the same will be publicly opened and read at that time. In accordance with Chapter 25 of the Township Code, all bidders must be pre-qualified by calling Debbi Yelich @ 412.831.9000 x 217. The deadline for pre-qualification is Monday, November 10, 2014 by 3:30 P.M. Blast Proposal Notification Notice is hereby given that Redland Brick, Inc. plans to conduct its blasting program on its site in Harmar Township, Allegheny County, SMP # 02010301 on the property of Redland Brick, Inc. The blasting program will be conducted Monday through Saturday between sunrise and sunset from November 15, 2014 through November 14, 2015. Blasting at other times other than the above times shall only be in emergency situations as approved by the regulatory authority. There will be signs posted to control access to the blasting area at the entrance of the mine. At least one minute, but no more than 2 minutes prior to detonation, there will be three, five second signals given.
