Lebanon School District, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania ("School District"), at a meeting duly called and held on August 19, 2013, finally adopted a Resolution ("Resolution") authorizing and directing the issuance of general obligation bonds of the School District in the aggregate principal amount of $34,745,000 to be known as General Obligation Bonds, Series of 2013 (the "Bonds"). However, the bidder is advised that the Borough expressly reserves the right to reject all bids, and specifically reserves the right to award to the lowest responsible bidder a contract for all or any portions of the work listed in the proposal, and in awarding a contract for less than the total work listed, the contract price will be determined from the total quantities for each item listed and the unit price bid for each item listed.
