LEGAL NOTICE Pursuant to the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act, the Act of May 19, 1995, P.L. 4, No. 1995-2, notice is hereby given that KU Resources, Inc., on behalf of the Regional Industrial Development Corporation, as the current owner, and Dura-Bond Industries, as the current lessee and future owner, will submit to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection a Remedial Investigation, Baseline Risk Assessment, and Cleanup Plan (RI/BRA/CP) Report for the former McKeesport Tubular property, located in the City of McKeesport, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, on or about May 5, 2017. The Site has been fully characterized and the RI/BRA/CP being submitted states that no unacceptable adverse risks to human health or the environment exist under the current and currently-planned future use of the Site after the implementation of the CP. The planned future use of the Site is non-residential. This notice is made under the provision of the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act, the Act of May 19, 1995, P.L. #4, No. 2.

REQUEST FOR BID: NEW HVAC Equipment & Install, released April 27, 2017 The Children's Museum of Pittsburgh (CMP) will accept Bids from qualified Contractors capable of providing the following services: New HVAC Equipment - 2 Rooftop and 2 Air Handlers, including piping, electric, and ductwork to install. All work to be tested and balanced to meet State Inspection requirements. Contractor is required to coordinate all inspections on behalf of the project such that at the conclusion of the project all inspections are up to date. To minimize heating and cooling downtime, there shall be no delay between conclusion of contractor work and state inspection. The successful contractor will complete the design and build the project. Project work includes sourcing of new HVAC equipment, submittals and shop drawings, removal of existing equipment, installation of new equipment as well as electrical and general construction to connect to existing HVAC system and controls. PUBLIC HEARING ON A PETROLEUM PRODUCTS PIPELINE APPLICATION FOR A CHANGE IN DIRECTION OF SERVICE On November 14, 2016, Laurel Pipe Line Company, L.P. ("Laurel" or the "Company") filed an application with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission ("PUC") seeking all necessary authority, approvals, and certificates of public convenience to change the direction of petroleum products transportation service to delivery points west of Eldorado Pennsylvania at Docket No. A-2016-2575829 ("Application"). On February 6, 2017, Laurel filed with the PUC an affiliated interest agreement between Laurel and Buckeye Pipe Line Company, L.P. at Docket No. G-2017-2587567 ("Capacity Agreement"). The Capacity Agreement is related to the reversal as set forth in the Application. The Administrative Law Judge granted Laurel's request to consolidate the Application and Capacity Agreement proceedings on March 3, 2017. If the Company's Application is approved, service on Laurel's pipeline system to Eldorado and points west will be provided from Midwestern origin points pursuant to the Capacity Agreement. In order to facilitate these westbound movements, Laurel will cease providing deliveries over its pipeline system from origin points in Philadelphia to destination points west of Eldorado. However, Laurel will continue to provide service to all current origin and destination points.
