Notice of Baseline Environmental Report (BER) Submittal Under the Pennsylvania Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act Pursuant to the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act, the act of May 19, 1995, P.L. 4, No. 1995-2. ("Act 2"), notice is hereby given that Three Crossings 2.0, L.P. ("Remediator") is submitting to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection a Baseline Environmental Report ("BER") for properties located in the Strip District Neighborhood, City of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The subject properties are listed by parcel numbers: 25-F-25, 25-F-45, 25-F-46, 25-F-138 and 25-F-155. The subject properties ("Site") are currently a vacant formerly industrial property and an associated parking lot. Historically, the Site was used for a variety of industial activities, including foundry operations, glass manufacturing, a railroad yard, and vehicle maintenance operations. Environmental assessment activities were completed in 2016 and 2018. The Remediator intends to pursue a release from liability under Act 2 using the Special Industrial Areas ("SIA") provision established under Section 305 of Act 2. A Special Industrial Area Work Plan was drafted to detail the remedial investigation and was approved by PADEP. The BER has been submitted to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection to obtain a release of liability for soils and groundwater under Act 2.

FURTHERMORE, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Authority, pursuant to Section 522 of the Eminent Domain Code of 1964 (26 Pa. C.S.A.
