Borough of Crafton (Second Advertisement) At a meeting held on March 10, 2014, the Council of the Borough of Crafton enacted an Ordinance, No. 1621, authorizing the issuance of $1,300,000, principal amount, of its Capital Note, and the private sale thereof to PNC Bank, National Association, at par bearing interest at the rate of 2.05% per annum, plus an Origination Fee of 0% of the principal amount of the Note. The Note is a general obligation of the Borough of Crafton and the Council of the Borough of Crafton are directed to do all acts necessary and proper for the issuance and securing of said Note. No amendments were made during final passage of the Ordinance. The final text of Ordinance No. 1621 is available for examination by any citizen in the office of the Borough of Crafton, 100 Stotz Avenue, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4:30 P.M., on regular business days, Monday through Friday.
