MT. LEBANON SCHOOL DISTRICT NOTICE OF MEETING AND SUMMARY OF RESOLUTION Notice is hereby given that the Board of School Directors of Mt. Lebanon School District at a regular meeting to be held on Monday, August 19, 2013 at 7:30 P.M., prevailing time, in the Jefferson Middle School Library, 21 Moffet Street, Mt. Lebanon, Pennsylvania, among other matters, will act on a Resolution, of which this Notice is a summary, providing substantially as follows: The Resolution will authorize the issuance of General Obligation Bonds, Series of 2013 (the "Bonds") of the Mt. Lebanon School District in the aggregate principal amount of $35,750,000 pursuant to the Local Government Unit Debt Act (the "Debt Act"), for the purpose of providing funds for and towards the renovation of the Senior High School, including capitalized interest, for various capital improvements throughout the School District, and the costs and expense incident to the issuance and sale of the Bonds. The Resolution will state the estimated useful life of the projects financed from the Bonds, will provide for a private sale of the Bonds upon invitation, will describe the form and details of the Bonds, including interest rates, maturity dates and maturing principal amounts, and will pledge to the payment of the Bonds the full faith, credit and taxing power of the Mt. Lebanon School District. The Resolution will authorize the execution of the winning proposal for the purchase of the Bonds. The Resolution will contain all other provisions necessary to the issuance of the obligations as required by the Debt Act, and by securities and tax law, including the necessary continuing disclosure undertakings of the School District. A copy of the full proposed text of the Resolution may be examined by any citizen in the temporary office of the Secretary of the Board of School Directors in the Library of Hoover Elementary School, 37 Robb Hollow Road, Mt.
