TOWN OF MCCANDLESS ALLEGHENY COUNTY, PA OFFICIAL ADVERTISEMENT NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed Proposals will be received by The Town of McCandless Public Works Department, located at 9957 Grubbs Road, Wexford, PA 15090 until 10:00 A.M., Thursday, July 25th, 2013, for: Maintenance and repairs of various storm water management areas within the Town of McCandless. Received bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately thereafter. Bids shall be delivered in a sealed envelope and clearly marked on the outside with the name and address of the Bidder, the time and date of the bid opening and the words "TOWN OF McCANDLESS SWM MAINTENANCE". Bids that are mailed or delivered by a commercial service shall be placed in a sealed, properly marked envelope placed within a sealed, properly marked delivery envelope. It shall be the Bidder's responsibility to assure its bid is delivered before the time of bid opening. Any bid that is delivered after the time of bid opening will be returned unopened. Copies of Drawings, Specifications, and Bidding Documents are on file and open to public inspection at the office of PVE Sheffler. LLC, Waterfront Corporate Park III, 2000 Georgetowne Drive, Suite 101, Sewickley, PA 15143, (724) 444-1100, where sets of said documents may be obtained upon payment of $75.00 per set. The Owner reserves the right to award the contract within ninety (90) days from the date bids were submitted.
