This application does not propose any design, operational or closure changes to the facility. The permit renewal is a procedural requirement whereby the permit documents for the facility are renewed on a periodic basis. This permit application addresses the on-going monitoring and maintenance of the previously closed RCRA Western Disposal Area located at the Kelly Run Sanitation, Inc. facility.
