PUBLIC NOTICE In accordance with Pennsylvania Code 25, Section 271.141, Kelly Run Sanitation, Inc. herein provides public notification of the submittal of a RCRA Post-Closure Permit Renewal Application on or about February 16, 2016 to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP), Southwest Regional Office located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This application does not propose any design, operational or closure changes to the facility. The permit renewal is a procedural requirement whereby the permit documents for the facility are renewed on a periodic basis. This permit application addresses the on-going monitoring and maintenance of the previously closed RCRA Western Disposal Area located at the Kelly Run Sanitation, Inc. facility. Copies of the application are available for review during normal business hours at the PADEP office, 400 Waterfront Drive, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15222-4745. Fees for copying may be charged by the PADEP. Copies of the application will be submitted to the Forward Township and Allegheny County offices by the PADEP.
