DOCUMENT 00 11 16 INVITATION TO BID The Western Area Career and Technology Center, 688 Western Avenue, Canonsburg, Pennsylvania 15317, will receive sealed bids, appropriately identified, for the following: Educational Manufacturing Complex: Project No. LS 15-17, Phase 2 - Weld Shop Fume Exhaust & Crane Equipment, Western Area Career and Technology Center, 688 Western Avenue, Canonsburg, Pennsylvania 15317 until 2:00 P.M., on Tuesday, 10 May 2016, in the Career Center Administration Offices. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time. Each bid shall be made upon the form provided by the Architect/Engineer and shall be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check in the amount of ten percent of the proposed contract amount. No bid may be withdrawn after bids are opened for the period of time stated on the bid form. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive irregularities in the bid. Bid Documents may be obtained from Accu-Copy Reprographics, 302 Thomson Park Drive, Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania 16066, 724-935-7055. LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Council of the Borough of Wilkinsburg, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, on Wednesday, May 4th, 2016, commencing at 6:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, Borough of Wilkinsburg, 605 Ross Avenue, Wilkinsburg, Pennsylvania, 15221, to consider the following applications: Green Street Park-Subdivision and Land Development for Preliminary Approval; and 430 South Avenue-Conditional Use of a Multi-Family Dwelling in a R-1 Zoning District with a TOD Overlay. All interested parties are invited to attend and will be given an opportunity to be heard concerning these matters before Borough Council. At the completion of the hearing, the Borough Council will render a decision, unless it deems additional time is required for consideration and discussion, in which case it will continue the public meeting to an announced date and time for that purpose.
