Traffic control and restoration of disturbed areas including driveways, sidewalks, roadways, curbs, walls, fences, lawn areas, shrubbery, etc. are also included in the project in the following municipalities: Crafton Borough, Emsworth Borough, Ingram Borough, Jefferson Hills Borough, Mt. Oliver Borough, and Oakdale Borough All contractors wishing to bid on this project must be pre-qualified by SHACOG.
